The Bowflex is a home gym machine that uses the bow technology instead of the plate or stack system other home gym machines use. They combine the bow technology with power rod resistance which is used by the larger the rod, the more resistance you get.
There are a variety of Bowflex machines available, but all have some form of hand grip, bench, and fold. There is the ability to add on a leg attachment or lat tower, or even upgrade on resistance for a more powerful workout.
