The idiot proof diet is a strictly diet handbook that claims that they can help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days. Not just the very first 11 days, but EVERY 11 days. Is it real? Does the idiot proof diet handbook really work?

I was pretty skeptical when I first heard if from my brother.

However after having to search for something that works without having to kill myself in the diet, I went ahead. This handbook shows you a 11 days diet cycle that you can keep using to keep losing the pounds. So now, after the first cycle of the idiot proof diet, here is my idiot proof diet reviews.

Did the diet work? Did I Lose 9 Pounds?

Though I did not lose the 9 pounds as claimed by the handbook, my results came pretty close. I was lossing 8.3 pounds from the very first cycle of the idiot proof diet. And most impressively, I even saw the results within the first week of the diet.

The handbook is really easy to understand as there is no complicated rules or procedures to follow. Plus, other than the that I paid upfront for the handbook, there wasn't any other program that I had to buy besides that.

The food on the diet is easily found and best of all, I could find food that don’t need much cooking so I could get my meal ready in less than 5 minutes.

Diet...Will the diet need me to starve myself?

When I speak to my friends about my new diet secrets, they wiould start questioning me if there was a need to go hungry and how impossibly unattainable that would be.

In this great diet however, there is no need to starve. And...you will be eating four times a day! Yes, simply by eating more meals, your body will be constantly working on the food. This increase the metabolism rate of your body, thereby making sure that your body burns more calories as compared to before.

Then after that, the next question will follw...which are the types of food we had to avoid?

Of course, if you are wolfing down dozens of deep fried chicken wings each day, you can't expect yourself to be dropping pounds. However, you will still get to eat your favourite food before the second round of the idiot proof diet. I will write about that in awhile.

Now, you will still get to eat your carbohydrates like pastas. You will be able to eat your meat, which is something that I will not be able to live without, and your cheese, eggs and of course, fruits and vegetables. This diet, unlike the other diets, ensures that you will be dropping pounds without you having to affect your nutrients. Hence, there is no need to worry about the risk of fainting in the streets in midst of your diet.

Alright..Here’s the Exciting Part

You know how you can never stay on one diet for too long? You will be craving for food that you can't have. Yes, it is a fact that what you cannot have simply makes it more desirable.

I’ve been on so many diets and failed so many times simple because I would try to last as long as I can without certain food or following certain diet. But after a month or so, I would usually give up on the diet as the results don't come fast enough and it is just way too much sacrifice for a diet that barely works!

This is really where the diet gets real cool. Once the 11 days of diet is over, you will get to enjoy 3 "cheat" days from the diet. In the 3 days of cheat, you will be able to indulge in ANYTHING you want. I'm on my break now and am totally loving it!

Will I End Up Putting Back My Weight During the 3 Days Break From the Diet?

If you had followed the diet guide well, your body will already be attuned to burning more calories than you normally do so no matter what you eat, it is burning lots of calories off your body.

Also, I found out that during the 3-day break (I’m on my second), though I did indulge in my chicken wings, I actually crave for fruits. Perhaps it is the habit from the 11 days of diet. Besides that, I don't seem to have the appetite to eat too much due to the habit of eating 4 times a day.

My good friends joined me in the diet and it worked superb for us. We did not end up gulfing down on unhealthy food as we didn't have to starve ourselves during the diet. We did eat till we were satisfied and when the break came, it just allowed us to indulge in the food we love so that we wouldn’t end up bingeing on them like what people normally do at the end of a long diet.

So the 3 day break idea is really great...especially when it is for a person like me. I really don't have lots of self-discipline so usually, I can't help but cheat in all my diets.

This is the first diet that I could go through without the urge to cheat. I sailed through the idiot proof diet and lose weight without much effort on my part!

One reason why I didn’t have to cheat was the fact that they didn’t have strict rules like you can only eat this or that today. This weight loss diet gives you lots of flexibility, giving you the choice to choose the food you like to eat.

Plus....you are even allowed to indulge in some night snacks!

Yes! I almost jumped in joy when I saw that. I am a night owl and when I am on normal diets, it always make my stomach growl in hunger. I would be so hungry that I can’t even sleep well. I would normally end up so hungry that I would get up in the middle of the night and wolf down whatever I find in the fridge, usually eating more than I should.

And...You will get to drink wine!

I'm sorry if you think that you will be able to down bottles of beer down your throat per day. You will be able to enjoy your drinks, but not too much. Having a glass of wine each day is fine.

Is this not a totaly cool diet?!

Is the Diet Handbook Suitable for Me?

It has simple instructions to follow and the diet is easy even for who are looking for a way to start on their first weight loss journey. It is really a idiot proof diet.

When you see how easy it is, you will understand how really anyone will be able to do it.
