This is to regulate the bad carbs that are consumed, and gives the body the chance to digest them properly.

The websites often have forums where dieters that are on the southbeach diet can talk to one another and encourage each other every step of the way. The southbeach diet also has recipes that people can follow which encourages a healthier lifestyle and way of life.
