Type 2 diabetes is a disease that affects your body's ability to break down the food you eat and turn it into energy. One of the most common symptoms of type 2 diabetes is excessive sweating.

Do not allow yourself to get depressed and grumpy because you're not losing weight at the pace you thought you would. Keep a positive attitude, maybe take a vacation; hang in there it will work in the long run.
